When you sign up with Help! VA you will be matched with a dedicated assistant who is best suited to you and your needs.
We have a team of Assistants, so should your Virtual Assistant be away for any reason there will always be someone available to provide cover.
Hours
Help! VA use time tracking software to ensure that you only pay for time actually spent working on your projects. Time reports are included with your invoice every month. Use only the hours you need when you need them.
Confidentiality
All of our Virtual Assistants are required to sign an NDA so your personal information is safe.
Employment
All Virtual Assistants are contracted with Help! VA so this means no HR concerns or costs such as National Insurance, holiday pay, sick pay, employee compensation benefits.
Fees
A standard hourly rate is charged for our services.
We offer tailor made monthly packages with discounted rates for the more hours you buy. Contact us to discuss your individual needs and a package will then be created for you.
Remote working and equipment
All of our Virtual Assistants have their own IT equipment. As we work remotely there are no office running costs either.
Preferential Rates
We work closely with event venues, travel companies, restaurants and software companies to negotiate preferential rates for our clients.
